Why would you want to add something like headlight washers? All it does it take away from one of the most appealing aspects of the car...the front. A cloth and detail spray work fine for me.

If you really feel the need to get them you would be best PM'ing someone in Europe to find out what the part numbers are for all the stuff you will need. I can only imagine its probably rather expensive for a mod that IMO useless at best.
