I finally got the cuts right on the most difficult piece, and tacked 6 of them together last night. I dropped them off with the welder this morning. I will tack together 5 more of the front section tonight, and deliver them to the welder tomorrow morning. I will do the same for the small back section on the next day, since the welder is going on vacation for a week next week!

 

Looking good.
It will be nice to get these out on the road.

i've been following this since you started the thread.. congrats on getting it out to real consumers!!

 

I just dropped off a batch of the 3rd piece, but was only able to do 4 of them. Thankfully, Vitt said he isn't in a hurry, and at least one other person needs an adapter pipe. The bolt-on adapter pipes will take longer.

Here is the final list of buyers for the 6 units. I will go through my PM's to see if anyone else asked for a bolt-on adapter.
