Default Low Profile Jack Recommendations

Looking for an affordable low profile jack. I'm looking at this one linked below. Anybody know if its a good quality jack? Anybody have any other recommendations?

I use the Harbor Freight jack that they always advertise for $60 in all the magazines. Hasn't given me any issues and I can get it under the car with out putting it on 2x4's

I have a HF jack (not sure it it's the one in the link) and it's surprisingly sturdy for a HF product. Actually, I've made a number of HF purchases lately with no regrets (they seem to have upped their quality on some things lately).

I think that's the one I have. It reaches the central jack points just fine without the need for ramps (mine is stock, may need some 2x4's if lowered).

upon my research on jacks, i read many many times that craftsman jacks suck,...many many failures on them.
the general consensus is that costco sells a jack that is great and with all costco things......returns with no questions asked if you are not happy.
i dunno about harbor freight stuff,....i bought two wire cutters there and they wont cut the wire lol so now i am not happy with them

I was leary about HF too, but will say that the jack is great. I also purchased one of their $10 ratchets recently and am amazed at how good it is for the $$. Not saying it's a Snap-On (it is a copy though), but it's much better than my Craftsman ratchets. I want back and purchased the other two sizes of it.

I don't have a Costco, but looking at the pictures of their jacks makes me wonder it they are made by the same factory as the HF jacks.

I have a cheap Craftsman jack that I can carry around real easy and a really nice low-profile one from their professional line and both have been great. Used them for years without any issues. All the cheap-o jacks you buy from anywhere all come from China anyway, it's just a roll of the dice on how long it will last.
