i am running on swift its close to stock maybe better. although they are a bit pricey for just the springs. Its more than any other springs.

 

Can anyone tell me the skunk2 spring rates and drop?

Swifts ... great looking drop, gives the car a great low/but not dumped stance. Still keeps near OEM feel.

 

I like my Tanabe GF210 Springs, about a 1 inch drop, ride is a touch firmer than stock. The spring rates were slightly higher than the stock AP2. I'm very happy with the ride for the time being, as soon as my shocks blow i'll be in the market for some nice coilovers. FYI, nd I have put about 30K miles/3 years on them and my stock shocks still feel fine.

 

Neuspeed springs - love em - give me a 1.5" drop all round and ride is extremely similar to stock - had them on for over a year now.

 

i have heard good things about tanabe springs, my dad has them on his 350z also its a decently stiff ride,they lower about 1inch.
