Default Main relay burn! Help

A little background on the current situation. A couple months ago my car stalled out and wouldn’t turn back on. I check it out and figured it was the Crank Position Sensor that went out and replaced it. It started right up fine. A month or so passed and my car died again the same way, stalled out and wouldn’t turn back on. (It cranks but fuel pump not priming) So at that point I was confused so I checked all the the fuel pressure and I had none. Went back to the fuel pump and hard wired it to test if the car would fire up, which it did. So I figured that the main relay was the problem so I got a brand new one from the dealership. The car started back up and was working perfectly fine. Weeks passed and the car did the exact same thing. Stalled out and wouldn’t prime. So I took the out the relay I replaced (PGM-FI) and check all the solders and the middle one was burnt like the last one. I’ve checked all the fuses and they were fine. I have an AEM fuel pump in right now and it’s brand new. I’m guessing I have a wiring issue that just burns out the relay. Anything would help! Not sure if I should just hard wire the fuel pump or not?

You're running a fuel pump with a much higher current draw than the OEM relay was designed for, so it's no surprise that it keeps burning it up. There are numerous aftermarket wiring/relay solutions that solve this when you're upgrading a pump.

What harness are you using? SOS?

It's a common problem for the OEM connector to get hot and melt the connector I would check and see if yours is melted or not.

i used the sos wiring kit, and drove for about 10 miles and car died. This was on 450 pump, I then reworked everything back with 340 pump but still no start

If car died, then fuse/relay's were likely failed. Another way this can happen is if any of the wire from kit was able to rub and go bare. Or if you've pinched the cable anywhere you've now created a failure point which can be hard to find. First take the end of wiring kit and verify power on pins that it's supposed to and work backwards. Also when you do resolve issue after you get car running for a a minute go ahead and put your hand on every cable going into pump. None of these cable's should be getting hot which is a sign of a issue.
