Megan Header
Thinking about buying a Megan racing header. I would like to here from those that have them. Do you have dyno results? Do you feel a difference? Would it benefit me. I am running a Esphiler JGT 500 catback dual exhaust. 75 to 70 mm tapered throttle body, port matched intake manifold, hondata manifold gasket, AEM V2 cold air intake. I do not want to install a test pipe, I do not want engine lights on, nor do I want to pull fuses or bulbs. Thoughts and comments
Call me cheap, but I am not willing to pay $900-$1000 on a header.

Aren't all the ebay ones basically the same as the Megan racing one? Thought someone found out that even the ones for $85 shipped were the same thing as the Megan one. Or atleast the JVT one or whatever it is called.
12 lbs , you will need a cel fix which megan sells as well...let me know if you need this header...pm for pricing =). Not the same as ebay headers either, no ebay crap comes with a 1 yr warranty!
This is their old design...http://meganracing.com/products/prod...=455&catid=131
Their old design gains on a stock ap1...http://meganracing.com/products/tech...&techInfo_id=4
Not all people with have the same results that is a given, but with the right tune and other parts it will make about the same hp and tq numbers as the "fancy" big name items out there if not more.
Anything is possible in this crazy world!

I have a Megan header myself. It works great without a CEL fix. No light or anything. The things I have to say which is not as good, is that the O2bung/hole for the O2 sensor was misplaced so I had to re-weld it so it wouldn't touch the car underneath. The other thing was that it wasn't completely flat where the header touches the engine block, so I had to get it fixed because it leaked exhaust... But now that these things are fixed, it works great!
