Megan header vs Stock header

what is the actaul difference between j's and PLM header? Can you notice the difference in power
I cant afford j's and wanted to know if its worth the waite.

as far as i can tell its designed after the j's...ive heard people say it makes more power than j's and ive seen it make more power than the amuse...i went from a stock manifold to the PLM and could feel a noticeable difference...i also put a 70mm PLM test pipe and my invidia on at the sametime which is also 70mm so i dont know how just the header would feel

im also looking into headers,was going to go with $100 e bay stuff but now im almost convinced to go with the PLM headers. anyone know a good place to buy them from? i just googled it real fast and looks like they go for around $400 on amazon.

i got mine from a vendor on honda-tech...got the header and test pipe for 450 shipped...i can give you his user name if you'd like

Dont forget the stock header weighs what feels like 100 lbs so there is some weight savings there. 10 lbs=1/10th Hp

I'm pretty sure from what I've researched the megan header has 2" primaries and 2.5" collector which are similar specs to the PLM/Berk/J's racing/Toda headers if I recall correctly...

nice info ty. My merge collector was the exact same on my plm, while not ideal imo, it shouldnt really affect performance.

has anyone had fitment problems with the PLM headers? this person said the o2 sensor didnt have enough clearance..
