I put the Megan header on my car just before I parked it for the winter, and I have the same problem sometimes. Not all the time. Not sure what to do about it...

The 3 I've seen have all had the same problem.

BTW...you installed headers? How many headers did you get? I can guess where you put one header...but where'd you stick the others?

Also...moving to modifications...you will probably get more responses from folks who have the Megan header in that forum.

i had a big problem with the bung, i couldn't put in the o2 sensor 'cause it faced the underside. ended up having to use a tile chisel to dent the piss out of the underside, got the o2 sensor in there, pain in the butt.

thanks for all the responses guys, i called up megan and they said to call the company i talked to at first, they cannot return the header but they said there is a revision out there that fixes this, luckily the company that i bought it from said i can take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld a diff bung on there. So i am going to take the header off tonight and have that done.

Any one experience a lot of vibration in the S after you installed the header?

Thx

i have the same problem - its pretty small and usually is only apparent at long stoplights or when i turn the car on and its warming up while parked.

i have recently been thinking of weldinga brace - similar to the on the stock header that bolts to the engine block - to keep it pulled in a little closer. i just havent done had the time/ motivation to get the car up and make measurements.
