Thumbs up Megan Racing Test Pipe Bolt-on?

Quick question - is the Megan Racing Test Pipe a direct bolt on when removing the cat on an 2000 AP1 with stock exhaust system?

I've ordered one, and it arrives today, but just thought of the above.
