Default Moddiction Short Shifter

Really tempted to pick one of these. But im just wondering how much of a difference it will make on an already short shift. Can anyone speak from experience with the moddiction shifter? Ive had short shifters in other cars but I dont want to change it out for a very minor difference.

I like mine. The throw is definitely shorter. Depending on how you set up your shift knob you can end up with almost stock height with a shorter throw.

The shifting is also very direct feeling, much more solid and precise. It almost feels like a bolt action rifle, click-click.

Does a short shifter reduce the likeliness of a "money shift"?

I was looking at these too I ended up getting axial flow SS it was used and I sent it to them and had them upgrade to new NO buzz bushings. I just couldn't spend 300 + bucks for a shifter. It feels great and nice and tight. Moddiction is just as nice but I did mine for half the price. I think the axial flow is also 249 new. Mine is low I have a CR knob as low as it will go, never missed a shift. knock on wood

My link

Moddiction is great on the forums though, not trying to take away from his company
