since i bought this second s2000 i hated the stock box but wasnt entirely happy with k&n i have on the first s2000.

got chance to buy replica mugen intake for 200 but wasnt going to cut the bonnet and waste more money on cooling plates... so just cut off the scoop since i dont have mugen bumper anyway.

while intake sound isnt as loud as k&n intake, butt dyno is very 'happy' even in 30c heat it was today.

 

Are they gains similar or is it purely for aesthetics.
Looking into getting a new intake, and nearly 2k is pretty ridiculous for an intake
