has anyone modify the starter for more kw ?

What purpose would you be trying to serve with that mod? Are you trying to swap to a larger displacement motor that this starter cannot spin properly?

yes an f22 with 12,5 comp in winter is pain in ass

Block heater? Would also be more beneficial to oil flow

Greece generally doesn't get that cold. You up in the mountains?

Good battery and cables/connectors will help. Connectors are the weak point of any electrical system. Cleaning them can help.
