Help wont crank
So my 2003 s2000 don't start. I came in from work then had to leave 30 mins later and I didn't want to start.
When I turn the key in the ignition the cluster will light up but when I push start it will just click/tick. When I asked people they said it was either the battery or starter so I got both of them replaced. I tried by replacing the starter relay under the hood and still don't start. After replacing the battery starter and relay the only difference is that the starter buzzes when I push start. The clicking/ticking sound is still there. I wanted to know if there is anything I can try or to look for
It has a 3.0 NRG quick release, D2 coilovers if that helps any

I don't think the immobilizer would stop the car from cranking, but I could be wrong?
Could just be loose engine grounds or bad wiring/connections.
Do a starter voltage drop test and you should see if this is the case.
There are plenty of generic guides on how to do this on youtube, probably some on this forum as well.

The car has 2 clutch switches on the clutch peddle, one is pretty easy to see the second one it at the very top of the clutch peddle. Both should have a white stopper that engages the switch for the high one. Make sure the white stopper is in place.
He is hearing the starter relay click, and now even hearing the starter trying to engage. So that would seem to rule out any clutch pedal interlock switches or immobilizer.
I am liking the bad ground or bad connection suggestion. Not enough juice gets to starter. It got better after replacing some of those parts because more juice was getting to starter, or starter being newer didn't need as much juice to operate. The fact its getting closer, but still not there, aligns with the bad connection theory.
