Mugen Front Splitter Install

Tried searching for either a write up/installation instruction on a Mugen front splitter but couldn't find any..
Basically, here is my question...
Have an offer on a Mugen front splitter.. it's a good deal, but it doesn't come with installation hardware. Not sure what that entails though (I'd like to order it so I'm not sitting her fumbling around looking for parts left and right).
Does it bolt up similar to my OEM AP2 lip? Use the same holes? I'm thinking it is slightly different since based on the King Motorsports site, it looks like there are two pieces that run back further. (Washer..bolt.. and some goofy double-sided tape?) Or is there drilling involved.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I did not do the install of mine, but I have removed and reinstalled it. It mounts to OEM bolt locations. I think you may need longer bolts, but I am not sure. I saw the box when it landed at the body shop, and I don't remember seeing a bag of hardware. So you may very well be able to use the OEM hardware.
Thanks for the heads up..
If you look at this pic, you can see the two pieces that run back with two holes. I'm assuming it bolts to something, but I don't recall the OEM lip having those.

It does bolt under the car. OEM lips don't go back as far as the front of the mugen lip does, let alone the two point you are talking about. But there is two bolt locations there. I think the stock under tray has the bolts that you remove/reinstall to mount it.

Got it..
Thanks for the heads up everyone... This might be put on hold as in conversation I wanted him to validate authenticity of the front splitter (not just that the fit and finish are perfect). He bought the splitter second hand from an s2000 owner that no longer owns the car (and is no longer on s2ki).
Not knowing 100% for sure that the piece is authentic or not is enough reason for me to walk away from the deal. (Unless there is a very easy way to tell the difference between replica and authentic).
Strange question perhaps... but does the splitter actually say "Mugen" on it somewhere? Maybe that's a start... I've looked through multiple photos of it and I can't seem to find any that show that....
