Mugen Hardtop owner queries
Hi,
Will be buying a mugen hardtop very soon and was told by the authorized dealer here that the hardtop comes with all necessary hardware required to fit. Is this true? I just want to ensure I have all the hardware required to fit this part.

By the way, how difficult is it for the top to get dismantled by thieves? Just wondering if some kind of hardtop lock is needed?

Authentic Mugen is the way to go. Every part you need is there. And for me went on without a hitch.

Well thats up to you. Personally I am one of those paranoid people that cares too much about his car. So I say yes. According to HeelToe I was actually the first to preorder there locks.
As for the locks and the two concepts that will soon be avaliable, you need to decide if you want to replace your whole latching mechanism wirh nonOEM that will probably fit fine or keep most of the OEM mechanism that has perfect fitment and just change the button. My choice was HeelToe, but I got to say I really like the AlloyCraft one alot.
