I'm currently running FRP paint matched GPW. But damn I wish it was painted black now!

You can't go wrong with either one. I think the Mugen looks great out of the box as long as your car is a bit lowered from stock height. OEM is a little simpler looking in design, but after a few exterior mods it really sets the car off as well. For example, OEM style top on the Amuse widebody looks fantastic. Whatever you do, do not buy a knock-off Mugen. Many of the tops floating around out there offer poor fitment and equally poor installation kits. Trust me I went this route after a break-in on my car looking for a quick fix for increased security and it was a big mistake. You might end up spending more money to mod it to fit right than you would have just going Mugen in the first place. Hard top is a bit of an investment for most people, so do it right the first time. Good luck bro either one would be great!

^^ very true, i think the pics have sold me on the black mugen. just one last question, do you have to buy any thing else to go with/install the mugen top?

you cant beat the price on a replica mugen in fiberglass. prolly the route i will take when i save up some money
