A stage 1 clutch has 320 foot pounds of clamping force and a Stage 2 390. Both clutch stages have a full face organic friction disc. It is best to have a bit of slippage to avoid drive train damage.
These clutches wear like iron, allow you to slip, and will last you for many years.
In my opinion unless you have very deep pockets or a sponsor to keep buying you new axles, transmissions, differentials,,,,,ect. Buy a clutch that will still give you enjoyment from the car and not cause you to go broke
Good luck
