Default Need Help want to get more POWER

Hey guys I want to know is this a good choice for my 05 AP2 Skunk2 Pro-Series 70mm Throttle Body
Here is the link could someone look at it and let me know if i should get it I don't want to go FI so I think it might help me get some power, but I need someone that knows more about this please help and if there is anything better out there let me know. Thanx a lot here is the link

Not really going to give you much or anything. The engine is sucking in all the air it can use without FI.

Get a supercharger if you want a good increase (300whp or so) that's reliable.

Get a turbo if you want big numbers and have deep pockets.

I love how people recommend FI when the guy clearly states he does NOT want FI.


But anyways the throttle body is just a waste of money and it wont do much. Your probably better off getting a 70mm single exhaust, test pipe, an intake and maybe a tune with a vafc. Checkout the sponsors on here and search through the forums to decide what exhaust/intake etc would be best for you.

Save your money and buy some JDM stickers and plaster them all over the car. At 5 whp apiece, they'll do more good than the Skunk throttle body on an NA car.

Look at VJDM's NA Thread. You can reach about 220*#'s with a 70mm exhaust, VAFC2 tuning, and K&N Drop-in/FIPK. I'm not really familiar with NA on the f22.
