Default Need more room!

I'm about 6'3" and I need a little more room. I'm looking to buy some aftermarket seats, but I need the ones that will give me the most all around room. I was also reading about modifying the stock rails. Not really convienced on that. Any imput would be appreciated.

Maybe some Sparco Roadster seats? They look a little thinner.

Try Sparco Roadster and Recaro Pole Position seats. If you only want to lower the seat position try the backyard special seat rails.

the pole positions are not a good choice if you want to sit low. they are too wide and hit the rails. mine sit at stock height.
if you want to sit low you can get lower rails for your stock seat.

^ Yup. It's supposed to lower quite a bit. Taller owners have nothing but good things to say about that setup.

Easy mod.... a little pricy for what they are, but boy, what a great upgrade. Don't suffer, life is short. Try the rails first.

Nevermind, I found this on their site:

"$295.00 Promotional Special! For use with stock seats. Lowers the seats 20mm. Price is per seat rail, not for the pair."

That's about .8" of an inch, you can get that much w/the free mod.

I'm 6"3 and lowered the stock seat on the stock rails (detailed in another thread) and gained about 1"+, my head is below the roll hoop and the windsheild frame now and I can see the stoplights w/out scrunching down. Best FREE mod out there IMHO.
