Try Sparco Roadster and Recaro Pole Position seats. If you only want to lower the seat position try the backyard special seat rails.
Expensive but sitting lower gives you more room

That's about .8" of an inch, you can get that much w/the free mod.

I'm 6"3 and lowered the stock seat on the stock rails (detailed in another thread) and gained about 1"+, my head is below the roll hoop and the windsheild frame now and I can see the stoplights w/out scrunching down. Best FREE mod out there IMHO.

The free mod is where you dent the daylights out of the seat pan where the stock rails bolt to. Works, but is a bit Flintstone....

I have the Sparco Roadsters in my car mounted on Taitec seat rails. The car itself is very low. With the Roadsters, low seat rails, and lowering springs you will feel like you're on the ground. One thing to note is that you might get more headroom with the new rails and seat, but you will also sit lower, and your knees might feel like they're in a stretching-like position which might be uncomfortable. I am 5'7" and when I sit on the passenger seat aligned parallel to the driver's seat, I feel claustrophobic. My knees feel like they could use some more room. I admit however, that the Sparco Roadsters look hot in this car.

I also forgot to mention that the Sparco Roadsters might block access to your glovebox compartment - so you might need to slide forward to open it.
