Do you care if the pads squeal like pigs in heat?
Do you care if the pads leave your wheels in corrosive dust that must be clean after every drive?

If the answer is no to both of those questions. The the Cobalt GTS pads stop great!! But you will need new pads and rotors after about 8k miles.

There's not many pads that stop better than the OEM that don't make a lot of noise or create a lot of nasty dust.

^^ I'd rather have the OEM pads. The S2000's OEM pads are real nice.

OP: Is this for track use or street use?

The Nissin OEM pads are the only ones I use on the street. I use EBC yellows for the track. Lots of dust. Not much noise. Chew up rotors like crazy...but AWESOME brakes. I love em. I couldn't get them to fade at any of the events I ran last year. I brake very late and very hard.

There's no "best pad" period. It all depends on what you're using it for.

OEM definitely does a good job. I'm waiting on long term feedback from a buddy regarding the Project Mu street pads, but so far he likes them.
