Default need some advice from experienced S2000 owners

hey guys...

your valuable inputs are welcome...

the situation: want to go with ADVAN RS 18" front: 7.5 +48 (225) back: 8.5 +50 (255)

it's gonna be on an AP2...I don't want the car to look like a truck...so it needs to go down...

I do not race...just for the looks...I figured, I just go with aftermarket springs...

I want to have a ride comfort as close as to the stock springs...there are bunch of manufacturers...

I am considering

*Eibachs...concern: not dropping enough and might be to stiff
*Neuspeed...concern: might rub since drops lower than Eibachs and too stiff

what do you think? any advice?

perhaps pictures of cars on 18"?

Tanabe NF210 are as close to stock ride as you can get. About an inch drop.

Personally, I don't recommend going with springs. It will never ride as great as it will. Just save up and get a set of $1,000+ coilovers.

You'll rub on those. Stock widths and offsets are pretty close to rubbing if you lower it and run 225 fronts. See the sticky thread at the top of the Wheels/Tires forum for stock specs.

17" is a better match for the S.
