New clutch
I’m in need of a new clutch for my 2005 AP2 with 113xxx miles any suggestions I enjoy daily driving and tend to drive aggressively and do donuts lol. Any help will be appreciated I’ve been looking into ACT clutches seems like a good choice from what I’ve read. Anything helps thank you all

I just went all OEM when I did mine. Works fine on stock power.

Good timing as I just recently watched the LHT S2000 clutch video where they went over an AP2 clutch replacement. What they recommend depends on whether you are going to modify your engine, pushing it beyond 300 hp. They indicated that the OEM clutch is the best clutch hands down and the way to go with naturally aspirated engines. But if you're going to be making over 300 hp then they definitely go with the Clutchmasters clutch.

For a mild upgrade, stock everything with an Act pressure plate works well. More clamping force than stock.
For ap2, certainly go with a lighter flywheel. Use an ap1 or even lighter aftermarket chromoly. It is possible to go too low, but anything over 10 lbs is fine, and many enjoy as low as 8 lbs even on street. Ap1 is 14 lbs, ap2 is an insane 22 lbs.
Also, a common ap2 mod is to remove the clutch delay valve. Less slipping on high rpm shifts, more direct feel and engagement. Note this might not actually be a good thing for some, depending on driver skill with shifting. Be realistic with yourself.
Whatever you do, avoid exedy so called oem clutch disk. Its not oem, and it sucks mightily...
