The lights themselves fit, but best I remember, you have to use the harness and HID stuff from the AP2 model as well. I forget all the nuances of it, but search in Under The Hood, there is a good writeup there.

I've thought about doing that as well but its a little spendy to me for something that is purely cosmetic..

If you're trying to get rid of the ambers, Rick's smoked corners look good. I've just recently spotted ap1's with "Mulderized" corners that look badass as well.

Yes they will fit, but you will need to modify the headlight housing if you want to reuse the balast from your AP1 headlights.

If you can snag the AP2 headlights with the AP2 ballast (the whole headlights assembly), they're a direct bolt on replacement.

If you have the ap1 headlights with the chrome housings, keep them instead. The ap2's are much more common now than the ap1's, and considering that the chrome housings were only available on two model years, they stand out compared to the others.

Okay, thanks a lot Guys

I do have the chrome lights on the car now, yes.
Still I dont think they are as pretty as the new ones.

In Denmark there are mayby 10 S2000 due to the high taxes on cars.
Honda Denmark do not sell the AP2, and when they sold the AP1 the pricetag was about 166.000 US dollers !!!
Jep, that is crasy, but never the less, its true.

Last year I so one S2000 (the first I have ever seen in denmark)
And i go to most autoshows and drive more then 30.000 km a year :-)

So the factor that the chrome lights stand out, does not work in denmark. Here an S2000 stand out...
