new to s2k need help

I have the K&N FIPK and it is an awesome sounding intake. You wont gain much horsepower with any of them though. Maybe just 1 or 2 hp, so go with what sounds goood to you. As for an exhaust, I personally like the j's racing 70rr single the best. It looks awesome in my opinion. It is very expensive though. You might look on the for sale section and look at picking up a used exhaust. You may have some luck there. Make sure the one you do buy will fit the 06+ as well though. From what I understand some of them dont fit them. Go in the gallery and check out what you think looks best. You can find sound clips on youtube. Good luck on your hunt. Maybe you can have a fund raiser to buy parts. Lol, parts are expensive for the s2000. Have a good one.

gutting the airbox, dropping in a k&n, and a test pipe are relatively inexpensive mods. other exhaust/intake mods won't net you significant power gains and are usually done for personal taste and preference.
