Default is this a normal wheel gap?

I have put in new wheels and tires on the S2000 and there's about 3-3.5" of wheel gap between the fender and the tires.
It is on oem shock (not sure ap1 or ap2 shock). Does this look normal to you gus?
Currently running on Enkei RPF1, 17x9+45. Tires are Bridgestone potenza s04, 225/45 front, 245/40 rear.

Hm yeah something is off. Check your suspension I wonder if it still has the foam pieces they put in there when the shipped the cars new. They look like foam thats pushed into the springs. Is the other side the same?

shocks don't hold the car up.

what work did the shop do to your car?

Are the bushings clocked? Is everything installed properly?

It will look a little funny when first lowered off a lift...but should settle after rolling a few feet.

The photo is also taken on a MASSIVELY uneven surface.

putting aftermarket wheels on a car with stock suspension always makes it seem like the car is lifted.
So to me, this looks normal.

EDIT:
Here are some examples.

Yeah id say normal. The rear sits slightly higher stock too, but yours is magnified because your uneven driveway angle. Its the lower offset wheels giving the allusion there is more gap, but there actually isn't. Get some coilovers now and lower it.
