ill be getting under the car this weekend to put on my headers. so ill have some update. once i do the mod of drilling an extra hole i will turn the secondary o2 back on. as for flashing the new honda reflash, its already in the updated version of the flash pro manager. it should be the stock tuned map i believe. i have noticed less water coming out of my exhaust at start up.

This concerns me as I have an '06 and am about to go HFC/Flashpro. Commenting so I can subscribe to this thread.

I do want to note that I got a primary O2 sensor code P2A00 and I found a replacement sensor on Rock Auto for $25 shipped (currently wholesaler closout price). Not the OEM name but worth the chance I will have it to install next week. I dont like other people working on my car even if its just for an O2 sensor and flash upgrade.

I should have Flashpro and a HFC in the next few weeks so hopefully/maybe I can perform the mod to my car.

anyways, sorry to go a little off topic there. Looking forward to seeing where this thread goes.

^^ was my same exact reasoning for buying a flash pro. since i will be getting tuned anyways. i do not trust the dealership to work on my car. that primary o2 code is most likely for that TSB that needs an updated flash. the updated stock flash in the FP should cure that. the secondary CEL is a hit or miss with the AP2's. some dont get it at all. but like i said the reason for mine is different due to the sensor being drowned.

im new to it as well. but from my reading the "stock" map thats pre loaded in FP is the updated map. there was a whole issue with people getting the primary o2 sensor code after flashing with the FP. it turns out the first "stock" map that honda released didnt work in conjunction with the original primary o2 sensor that your car came with. so an updated map was supplied ( which is in the FP now build 1.6.3.. do not download the beta. if you dont have the 1.6.3 version of the FP manager go get it first. ) that works with the primary o2 sensor your car came with. assuming its still stock. or essentially you can just buy a new primary o2 sensor and it should be good. but since you have a flash pro already might as well try this route first.

Good news guys. Im not sure what the amazon review is about he must be a newb. The 60 dollar o2 sensor fits perfect. The wires are identical. If im not mistaken its an oem part from ngk. Reset the code and went for a cruise. No cel so far. Heres my bad o2 sensor.
we will see if my hfc drowns this o2 sensor and throws a code but only time will tell.

old o2 bad broken cracked etc
