Wow that would be a great addition to my car. Would probably help clean up the engine bay too. If only it wasn't $86....

I looked at getting one of these tn2p cooling plates 4 or 5 years ago but found the part cost, bank fees, and shipping to be unreasonable. Looks to be somewhat cheaper now at 8610 Yen or $83 USD + shipping/bank fees. There are no US distributors; Toshi (tn2p@cside8.com) makes and sells them from Japan. Still, you could probably have one made locally a lot cheaper. I ended up with a radmat modeled on this design. Recently I covered it with an AUT cooling plate:

The cardboard simply was a template for the modified radmat I ended up making and installing. The tn2p style radmat provided bottom and side insulation for the air flow to the airbox, with the hood providing the top of the intake channel. With some additional minor tweaking it still does inside the AUT. Frankly I like the simplicity of the tn2p design although I always felt that some insulation beyond plain aluminum would serve best. With it troublesome to acquire, the cheaper ImportTuningGarage sebring silver painted carbon fiber AUT plate was my next choice.
