Default OEM oversized? Do they exist?

Hey guys my engine needs to be rebuilt at the moment... it's sleeved and will need +5 oversized pistons.

My parts guys can't find any here in NZ, do they exist? Also, I know our pistons are forged from factory so what's the difference between aftermarket and OEM other than compression ratio?

I am planning to run boost in the future but would like to be able to keep it NA if I changed my mind.

My parts guy found arias pistons with BC rods but if the pistons are of same quality could I just use oem oversized and BC rods instead?

Is there a major proce difference between the two combos?

I work for Honda parts and ironically was looking into the same thing for my build. I see it offers multiple choices with the pistons and ring combos. (and this is vin specific with my vin entered) mines an 00 ap1. I could shoot you a pic or text of the options.

.25 would be smaller than what I am after though right?
This is the first time I've dived into a F series motor and its so difficult....
