I am working on a 3" dual setup with a flow capacity of near 2000CFM
@20.3" H2O backpressure ( the standard test for exhaust mufflers)
That equates to ~909 crank hp before losses due to pipe bends, exhaust split, and weld penetration into the flow path are considered.

I will post up some pictures and a vid when it is complete.

Nice exhaust setups!

Here's mine:

BB6 Prelude
Hytech Header
Magnaflow High Flow Cat
Magnaflow Resonator
Moroso Spiral Core Muffler
Magnaflow Muffler
Kteller Mandrel Bent Piping Kit

Here's how it sits (I now have the main muffler canister painted black)

Here is mine, Factory cat and piping, 2 new stainless Borla mufflers, and Ford Motor Sport 3" tips. I painted the exhaust with black silicone heat coating and then, wrapped the piping.
The system is just a bit more louder than stock going through the gears but, is as quiet as OEM at cruising speed. I have no drone issues and it looks and sounds better than the $250 bucks I spent on it

I'm glad to see this exhaust, since I've been thinking about doing something similar. Would you please share the part numbers for the Borla mufflers that you used? Do you have any closer pictures of the piping as it connects to the new mufflers? From the pictures you posted, it looks like there is a hard 90 degree bend, but it could just look that way becuase of the wrap. Did you know what kind of weight savings it gave, or if it made any more power?

I made a berk style exhaust system with mandrel bent piping split at the header. Except I used magnaflo mufflers. I love it. Sounds great. It doed drone and isloud though.

i missed my single exhaust so i decided to cut my stock exhaust at the Y pipe, run 2.5 piping through a 3 inch magnaflow race series muffler. overall the project cost me right at 200 bucks. i love it. its lighter, fittment is good, car isint choking on those twin loop mufflers anymore, the muffler design isint too outrageous, its quiet until WOT and the car is noticeably quicker. pretty much its perfect if youre on a budget.

anyways enjoy.
