I'm not at all against modifying cars, but something to keep in mind is that you're changing parts on your car that are related to safety. For example, s.hasan546's modification of painting the side-facing reflectors black causes them to no longer be reflective to vehicles approaching your car from the side.

Additionally, modifications like these are often illegal. In most states there is regulation stating that automobile reflectors (lights) must reflect certain colors of light. Black Knight's clear side lenses, for example, now reflect white in color, whereas they used to reflect yellow/orange.

Just something to think about if these types of things concern you.

about the on coming side cars, we have side markers. but yeah there are laws for the lights. and there are laws for the speed in which you can travel, who else besides me, drives 5 miles UNDER the speed limit? anyways not to get off subject, but only those with really bad luck would run into a cop that is in a bad mood that would care.

The sidemarkers on the S2000 only illuminate when the turn signal is activated.
