Default options for '08 headlight/taillight mods

I'm going to get a set of smoked sidemarkers (Rick's the best online site to pick them up?), and was wondering what my options are for the headlights and taillights (removing/replacing the amber pieces)?

Nothing unless you open up the light assembly and remove the amber lens or paint them.

Bummer, I'm not real big on putting them in the oven, etc. to open them up. Are t here any aftermarket ones that aren't rediculously expensive?

Take a look at my signature. I have a video to show you exactly how to make your AP2 headlights into clear and LED.

Good luck with everything. If you have any questions, let me know.

Hey thanks!

Sorry, at this time I do not. BUT, it is done very similar as to how I did the headlights. But rather than cutting the stock red lenses to have the LED cluster showing, I kept the cluster back behind the lens, and I replaced the red fluted lens with a clear (non fluted) red lens.

I hope this helps you out. If I am ever to do another set, I will certainly make a video during the process.

I have many ideas for the next set I do for the AP2 taillights, and I will make a video of that if I ever find the time as well as a cheap set of AP2 taillights. LOL

Any other questions, let me know.
