Default People with Plm header

Hey guys, so when I ordered my plm header it came with a donut gasket and spacer. I had a buddy of mine install it a few years ago & My question is the spacer really needed, I was replacing my leaking donut gasket with a new one and noticed it was missing. I did replace it with a oem gasket and it sits too short. What gasket should I use for the plm header - to- 70mm test pipe. And should I be ordering That spacer from plm.. Thanks in advance

I had this header and it didn’t need an extension. I just used the oem donut gasket and I had it mated to a berk test pipe.

This. Use OEM gasket, no need for extension.

I needed a spacer for mine mated to berk tp. I believe the newer headers have fixed the problem. Ended up cutting my old donut gasket in half. Been working great for 5 years
