I would stay away from those. I'm not famiiliar with either of them, but the Venom looks to be snake oil. The Hypertech might be okay, but I haven't seen much about it here on S2KI.

If you want to tune your vehicle, you should check into the Apexi Greddy eManage, AEM EMS, and Hondata K-Pro. If you had an '00-'03, the Apexi VAFC or NEO would be a good choice, or if you had an '06-'09, the Hondata FlashPro would be a good choice.

The BIG factor when considering what EMS to go with, is your local tuner(s). Many people prefer the Greddy eManage, but cannot find anyone within driving distance to tune, or vise versa... Be sure you have an experienced tuner who know's the S2000 before you spend a $ on an EMS system unless you plan to learn to tune it yourself. (Which opens a whole nother can of worms)

Good Luck and keep us posted!

I would go with a vafc, emanage ultimate or AEM ems. See what a reputable tuner near you tunes and then go with that. With those mods a tune is not going to do a whole lot but will pick up a couple of hp probably.

A good I/H/HFC/E and a tune can give 20+ HP pretty easily. However, a VAFC or similar MAP altering device won't be very helpful for tuning an AP2 since they already run lean in stock form.

I definitely agree that finding a good tuner for the platform you choose is very important.

Where are you located in md? I'm around newark de, and northeast md. If u want To go turbo I'd say 3inch catback and aem ems and just wait a little while and save up for everything.

If you plan to turbo the only thing you can use will be your cat back exhaust and most likely you will want to upgrade that.
If you have plans for FI in the future, save all your money and put it towards that. No need to waste money on NA mods if you want boost.
