Pivot BLP Throttle Controller?
Can't read Japanese. Will this thing blip the throttle on downshifts automatically? Does anyone have any experience with this new product?

Well, it appears to blip the throttle continuously when you have the clutch and the brake pedals depressed. I would assume the car would have to have a DBW throttle body. 
Kinda seems like something that might malfunction and ruin your day.
