Default Programming another set of Keys

Purchased my S a few months ago and it only came with one set of keys. I found a guy selling his old S2000 keys and I am wondering..
Can I get his old set programmed for my car?

is he selling blank keys?

You need to have them cut to fit your locks.

Then you can either take them to Honda or an automotive locksmith to reprogram...or you can buy a reprogrammer. I think the Foxwell NT510 Elite does it on *certain* model/year Hondas.

Safest bet is to have a dealer or locksmith do it.

Honda dealers charge a lot... $150-300, maybe even more.

Got around 10 quotes from independent auto-locksmiths on Yelp... only $80-100.
