What material is the original OEM AP1 front lip made out of? When I bought my car (used from a friend) it already had a lip but it was pretty much made out of plastic (i think). that lip broke cause somebody was driving my car and hit a curb when parking . Well I bought another bumper and lip from someone. the lip on this one is made out of an extremely flexible material (urethane I assume?). So what is the OEM one made out of? And do I have some cheap replica or the good stuff?

OEM is made of ABS (plastic)

If yours is urethane then it's a knockoff

ok thanks. I dont mind the knockoff though. it will prolly never break. I hope. I may go get an orig one again tho.

as long as it fits good, and looks good who cares if its oem or not. And yeah urethane is some good stuff.

I've messed with plenty oem replica lips and very disappointed.

Here's the break-down

Got the rubber seal to reduce paint rub
fits better No need to modify to fit
comes with hardware

Replica:
not painted
no rubber seal
sometimes fits ok sometimes like crap never perfect
hardware sometimes needed and holes needed to be drilled
