Default Question for changing springs and sway bar

I have a 2007 AP2,

The last owner of my car put on a set of lower springs, and it makes the car rub the fender everyday.
My question is: can I use the CR's spring and sway bar on my car? Even with the lower spring, the car rolls a lot on track, i want a stiffer setting under my chassis

Thanks

I ask this question because i don't know if those aftermarket part will better than the CR's. And compare to those aftermarket part, CR's cheaper
