Im not for sure about the company but if it is what they say and is the stock 04+ spoiler it should fit perfect as this is the one I have on my S. I bought mine from a guy here local. It should say S2000 on the underside of the spoiler. I love the way it looks. Good choice. I think ill be going with a CR spoiler next

it's a replica, so don't expect OEM fitment...
