Default Question on Veilside Tonneau's

I was thinking of getting a Veilside tonneau. I heard I may need some sort of tonneau kit in order to install it? Or does this simply just install over my soft top? Here's what it looks like:

^ so is it bolt on or is it easily removable
Yes.

It is both. There is a vinyl or rubber cover where the "B" pillar would be if we had one. The top part of it is basically rectangular and less than an inch wide. Under that, you will find the screw that will eventually hold down your VS cover. I can't remember if it takes a longer screw or not. One screw(Philips) on each side is the only fastener used. As Lc said, the rear of the cover simply slides in place at the rear. It is self-evident.

One caveat: you cannot have your windscreen installed at the same time as the cover. It must be removed.

FF2Skip

yours looks a little different from the carbon fiber one above... are they different manufacturers, or just an older version?

Thanks!!

That carbon one is not a VS tonneau cover.
