yes the WB standard hub works with the clock spring. Although it is inexpensive, i wouldn't use it as it's a cast aluminum that cracks easily if you over torque it. It's pretty fragile. If you can afford it, spend the extra for the short hub (much higher quality CNC aluminum) and space it out with optional WB hub spacers. Or ball out and use the ASM hub which is essentially a CNC WB standard hub w/ a fancy carbon blockoff.

I don't really wanna put more money into this car this year.
