I do the sidemarkers, but not the turn signals in the headlight or tail lights. I'm still working on it.
Can't wait. I will be one of the first in line once you get it figured out.

have you picked up the phone and dialed the 10 digits yet? don't be lazy and post in here or send an email. phones are much more effective and sometimes emails get lost. this is the same thing i said to you before, you attitude in this thread is getting to be a bit annoying. if its annoying me and i'm only 24, it sure as hell must be pissing some of the older members on here off.

if you're issue is with ricks now, please keep it there and out of this thread. we all know it takes a while for ricks to get back to some1 and we've all been dealing with it in a mature manner... except you. between begging me for my diffusers via PM and posting the way you do in the thread you really need to learn some patience.

so again, please stop posting here. everyone else is excited for these and you're just being a Debby Downer.
I sent a email 10 days ago requesting a refund. I have yet to get a reply. if I knew the number I would call it. Its not listed on the site.

in that case, perhaps you can send an email requesting a phone number so you can discuss this disappointing matter with them in a more productive means of communication?

word it nicely and intelligently and you'll most likely get a phone number you can call them at. Asking for a phone number via email usually gets a quicker response than asking for a refund.

try something like this:

To Whom It May Concern,

I have "recently" pre-ordered a set of clear USDM diffusers through your website. I have become very disappointed with the lead time involved with these parts. If at all possible, is there a contact phone number you can provide so that I may discuss this matter in a more productive manner. I have had limited success discussing this with your company via email and personal messages within S2KI, so a phone number where I can call would be much appreciated. My number is listed below, however, with the success I've had communicating with your company, I'd much rather have you provide a number where I can ensure contact within a timely manner.

I understand that Rick's Accessories is not the day job of its employees, but the lack of communication I have experienced is not professional and has been quite a hassle.

Best Regards,

Josh _______

I'm sorry I missed your PM Josh, I've been super busy with a National Sales Meeting (all of the regional sales team came) at work where I had to present some stuff i've been engineering and testing. Not to mention my midterm schedule in my Masters program has been killer.
