Default Rear Hardtop Locks

There was a post on s2kca about rear hardtop locks and/or some way to secure the rear handles. I can't see the post since I'm not a member there. It seems like hardtopguy was working on something for this as well based on visible posts for non members.

Does anyone here have the rear of the top secured with OEM hardware?

I'm going to guess there are none available for the rear OEM hardware unless they are custom made, otherwise they've definitely gone under the radar and I'd also like to know. Someone should figure out how to do this, and I bet they could potentially make a nice little profit.

I saw some pics here on s2ki where someone drilled a hole or two and added a standard padlock

I searched a while back when I got my hardtop and this was the only "rear lock" I could find.

I bought the HeelToe locks for the front. alloycraft is another way to go for front locks

Now that the brain fart is out of the way...has anyone seen a setup for the rear mounting points? I know there was a post or two about TopLoc(s) getting a design together but that never panned out.

We are working on a rear oem style design that will have a lock mechanism on the handle. Without turning the key, the handle won't release.

3 months ETA
