I've used liquid and I've been patient. I'm going to be busy with work the next few days and won't have much time to do it and really one it done.

Well, you may also want to soak the rubber hangers with lubricant overnight. Just spray\squirts a lot of you favorite lubricant, let it sit overnight so it has time to penetrate the rubber.

A little soapy water and a wooden broom handle will make the job very easy.
