From memory my Tanabe Medalion Touring behind a Berk 63.5mm high flow cat registered at 95dBA on a calibrated OSHA standard noise meter about 2 feet from the exhaust tips. Q300 was over 105 behind the same cat.

Yeah I have had several loud exhausts. I have never care how loud the car is outside as I don’t really hear that. The drone however is what makes my ears and head hurt after just a few mintutes.

Either Im too low in the rpm and I cant talk to the person next to me, or to keep it manageable Im between 4-5k rpm wasting gas, again I daily drive this.

So tldr, I want to be a rumbly boi when idling, a rowdy boi when Im sending it to 8krpm, but also not too loud that I cant talk to the person next to me.

And like I said those Tanabe Touring and G Concept look good. Im now also looking at Greddy TI-C Dual systems.

Why dont people post decibel levels itd really help lol
I went from a megan racing single outlet to a invidia q300 so i get where your coming from. I found the invidia to be considerably quieter and more tolerable even after a 3 hour trip however its obvious we have different feelings about it... I do have headers and a test pipe as well. as odd as this seems to say it got quieter after installing the test pipe than when i had a berk high flow
