Default Ricks appreciation thread

There was another thread discussing the good experience had with dealing with Rick but it was closed.

I just wanted to say I placed my first order for some basics from Rick and the service was spectacular. I placed the order, immediately had several payment confirmations, shipping information, and even instructions in my inbox for me.

He was ridiculously responsive and just a good guy all around.

I'll post a pic of the parts as soon as I wash my car (I was on vacation for 3 weeks and am working all this week -- and I don't want to embarass myself with how filthy my poor baby blue is...)

Anyhow... thanks Rick!

Ordered a Voodoo knob a while ago, got several emails notifying progress of my order, and received my knob shortly after.

i didnt have the best experience. i ordered a polished black voodoo shift knob, and received a aluminum polished one.
i like it, but it was just kind of weird how i got the wrong item. i did not complain because i like the knob regardless of the color.
thumbs up for Rick's regardless!

I have ordered many things from Ricks, always top notch service and quality products.

A while back I couldn't get the steering wheel badge to look right (I think do to my own ineptness) and sent them an email asking about what I might have done wrong regarding alignment.

They sent me another to replace it, and refused to take my money when I ordered a replacement through the site.

If you didnt call and complain then how can you say you had a bad experience, he may have just grabbed the wrong box and sent it out, things happen, but if you dont inform the seller of the mistake he then has no chance to resolve the error.

for rick
