Default Robbins Soft Top Failure

Bought a Robbins soft top from a well respected online vendor that is popular on this site and had one of the most respected top installers on this site install it just under a year ago. It was on a 2000 with a conversion to a glass window. Anyways the adhesive to the back window has failed. Has anyone else run into this or I am just the unlucky one?

Call Robbins up, as long as you registered the top when it was installed they'll most likely replace it under warranty.

Also, please report back with your experience dealing with warranty, that way we can all somewhat gauge how their customer service is.

I bought the top from Tops Online. Robbins tops warranty section made it sound like I needed to talk to the vendor and they would take care of it. I sent an email to Tops Online and they contacted Robbins Top and a new warranty replacement is in on the way! Only issue left is figuring out if they are going to help cover the labor cost for replacement.

They'll cover it. Had to replace a top twice for a customer of mine and Robbins stepped up to the plate and covered it.
