Just save up for oem. Best fit and quality. If CR lip is too much go for an AP2 lip. You can get new for around $370-$390. Comes painted as well. Just my opinion.

Cr lip fitment is not perfect. You need skill to shave, sand and make your own holes. It take time but well worth it in savings. After adjustments take to the shop and paint it.

You mean the "replica" CR lip don't you, the OEM is a perfect fit, with no fitting issues.

All the OEM parts I have received and used are pretty spot on and perfect.

Another possibility is if you didn't have the CR bumper and drilled the holes yourself...then that could be a problem with it being slightly off.
