In no particular order these are some of the mods that have improved my overall driving experience:
- convex side mirrors since rear visibility isn't great with the top up
- thicker steering wheel wrapped in nappa leather and alcantara that's fantastic to touch
- interior foot well lighting is a very inexpensive mod that adds a welcoming entry feel into the car and is very convenient to have at night
- if you don't mind some cabin vibration and noise at idle upgrading motor mounts substantially improves the throttle and shift response of the car. I've personally used hasports 70a which may be a little rough for DD
- Blox 480g weighted shif t knob

The only thing that I have and will do for mine is a Berk HFC and a Gernby tune. With the requisite Hondata FlashPro of course.

The driveability improvement was HUGE. I've also noticed that the exhaust is getting a little more noticeable without any added noise inside the car with the top up.

Not interested in any other "improvements".

YMMV

Blacktrax/Kingpin Spherical suspension bushings. They are win/win and greatly enhance the character of the S2000. They also open the doors to the ability to make a lot of additional changes without sacrifice. You can run far less rear toe, eliminate toe under load, run any wheel offset you want and any tire you want without geometry deflection under load, et cetera.

Same here but I "iced the cake" with the Tanabe Medalion Touring dual exhaust.

Extreme performance summer tires aren't really a "mod" but they're great to have on the card.

How these on the street, as opposed to track?

I was thinking the same thing. How are spherical bushings a win/win? There must be some increase of NVH, right?

FD2 CTR shift knob
Euro/JDM extended floor mats
Bridgestone re-71R 225/255
R/T tuning alignment

These small things make me smile but I think the HFC and tune will make me grin.

Bridgestone re-71R 225/255
These tires working well? I have stock suspension and AP2V2 wheels and will NOT roll my fenders.

Any insight appreciated!

I love the re-71r tires and very happy with the added width. No rubbing mounted on AP2V3s with alignment.

The rears will probably only last 8-10k miles.
