I am hoping you paid with your credit card. Call and dispute the charge. If they don't respond to the bank then its game over and at least you get your money back.

I ordered some wheels from them last week. Communication was quite bad, but I did get the wheels.

They are the biggest asshats I've ever dealt with, after using 100's of vendors over 20 years for auto parts they are total buttholes. I'm being nice here too.

They only return messages before getting your money, once they have your money they return messages when they have "spare" time. They are very busy "racing their cars" and when they return from racing they might check their messages if they feel like it.

Those idiots sent me 3 valve covers that did not fit my S2000 despite me telling them exactly what valvecover I needed for my car. I got stuck with the shipping costs to send back their 3 crappy valvecovers before I could get my refund from them. At the end of the day I lost over $100 and had nothing to show for it when they finally realized that they did not have a proper valvecover for my car. It took well over a month to get my initial purchase amount from them, but at the end of the day I lost money due to them being total idiots. They even wanted me to keep a valvecover that did not fit my car and see if I could make it work, lol, what a bunch of shitheads.

They'll probably get back to you but it will be at their leisure. They advertise at s2kca.com all the time, go over to that site and post up about them, you might get some attention that way. I'll support you if you do it, it wouldn't be the first time. They are registered vendors on that site, so I bet it might motivate them to correct things with you.

Good luck dealing with those jackasses.

If you want to blame the shipping issues, blame Speed Star Racing that WAS our a supplier for that cover. They told me one thing and shipped you another.
You AND I lost money in that deal, so back off and quit your whining.
Yeah that's a great attitude for a business to have in a bad economy, make the customer feel like it's their fault, that's great. Nice for you to actually reply to my complaints, a year later. Just give me one good reason why I had to lose over $105 shipping to ship 3 valve covers that were sent to me in error ?. All of the information I gave you clearly indicated what part I needed, you guys screwed up and I lost the money, makes a lot of sense hugh ?. Who in the hell was Speed Star Racing ?, I never dealt with Speed Star Racing, I never heard of Speed Star Racing, my money was paid to you and you were responsible for the order. If you had an issue with Speed Star Racing as your supplier that was your responsibility , I was was a customer of S2Carbonworks plain and simple, I had no relationship or contract with Speed Star Racing and today was the first time I've ever heard their name. I shipped 3 improper valvecovers to your business address, and your return address was on all shipments I received. If you lost money on the transactiont that's the cost of doing business and it is your responsibility to get your suppliers in order, it has nothing to do with me. The order was placed with your company pal, don't make me lose money because you have idiot suppliers who dont know what valvecovers are used on an S2000. At the end of the day you couldn't supply me with the valvecover I needed, and I lost over $100 with nothing to show for it. Give me one reason why it was my fault ?, just one ?. I didn't even get an offer of a credit on a future purchase, any good business person would have done that at the least. Do me a favour, make a $50 donation to a local children's charity prior to Christmas 2011, and we'll call it even and I'll never speak of your company ever again. It's not the money for me, it's the principle.

The fact that manufacturers are going out of business has nothing to do with your poor customer service. A similar post was put up on S2KCA last month so don't make us look like the only people complaining, or this is some kind of accident. If you want me to stop "whining" send me the money that I lost or make the donation I suggested and make it right. Don't turn the tables on the customer. Your thinking that I have to share in the loss when I did nothing wrong is unacceptable.
